Don, Wonderful illustration for dem "bones" I also watch BONES on TV, one of my favorite programs.
I'm new to the digital Painter 11 thing and I'm so glad I've found your blog, hope you keep at it... I've neglected mine. I bought Painter 11 and the Wacom Intous 4 tablet Feb, 2010. I using a Max OSX 10.5 and am in the learning curve -- mostly getting enough computer know-how between my ears to use Painter.
I have your character design book and just purchased your Advanced Digital paperback, so looking forward to learning from it.
I'm a self-taught artist and a published author/illustrator of a kid's book, in other words, I write and illustrate and am preparing for the ebook revolution, self-publishing et al with my digital art for Middle Grade and below.
If you're so inclined you can see my work here, the first three are my first attempts at digital...

As you might guess, I have a ton of questions. I'm just excited to find someone using painter as an illustration tool... and you do it so well!
I'll certainly be stopping by on a regular basis, hope you don't mind.

Really nice 1. I hope she liked it. Reminds me on a PC game, I played when I was much younger: "Grim Fandango"
